In such cases, simulations using VR could be really helpful. Through Virtual Reality the exact working environment could be replicated including the variation in gravity, visibility .etc. Through VR trainings even the shortcomings of the actual working space could be realized and fixed, this gives an opportunity to experience it hands-on adopt a corrective measure.
